Cookie Twix Cup


Ingredient

  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 20 caramel, not open
  • 1 tablespoon milk, (I use it whole)
  • 2 cups of chocolate milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 °.
  2. Cream with butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until evenly mixed.
  4. Add flour and baking powder. Stir well.
  5. Roll the mixture into 1/2 to 2 inch thick. Use a round cake cutter to cut a circle. Move to an unplanted pan.
  6. Bake at 350 ° for 6-8 minutes. Pull it out of the oven when the cookie is swollen and no longer shiny.
  7. put it on a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  8. While pastries, microwave caramel and milk for 1 minute. Stir at the 30 second mark. Stir until smooth and soft.
  9. Carefully spoon a few teaspoons of caramel into each cake, spreading it out to almost cover the cake.
  10. Put the cake and caramel in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes or until it is completely cold.
  11. Melt the chocolate chip for 30 seconds until it is completely melted and fused. This will make fudge!
  12. Apply a little chocolate to each cake. Let the chocolate layer cool and ready before serving.
